# ReportSense > AI-powered lab report explainer for Indian consumers. ReportSense helps Indian patients understand their blood test and lab report PDFs in plain English. Users upload a PDF of any lab report and receive plain-language explanations of every parameter, severity signals (normal / borderline / needs attention), cross-parameter pattern insights, and tailored questions to ask their doctor, in under 2 minutes. Users can then ask follow-up questions about their own report in a built-in chat, and download either the original file or a branded Smart Report summary. The product is built for the Indian market: reference ranges are calibrated for Indian population norms, content is in Indian English, and the service is priced for Indian consumers (free tier: 2 reports/month; paid plans from Rs. 149/month). ## Features ### Report explanation - Every parameter explained in plain language, with a severity signal of normal, borderline, or needs attention, based on reference ranges that account for age and biological sex. - Values with no standard reference range are listed separately as not assessed, never called normal. - Cross-parameter insights: patterns across several results together, which a single value would not reveal on its own. - Doctor questions: a short list generated from the specific findings in that report, to take to an appointment. ### AI chat: ask questions about your own lab report ReportSense has a built-in AI chat. Every completed report carries a Chat tab where the user can ask questions and get answers grounded in their own results, not in general health writing. - Ask what a value means for you, why two results are connected, what to eat using everyday Indian foods, or what to raise with your doctor. - Available in all 8 supported languages, and the reply comes back in whichever language the question was asked in. - 10 questions per report on the free plan, 50 per report on Personal and Family. The allowance belongs to the report, not the month, and does not expire. - Suggested questions are drawn from the user's own results. - Safety: the chat never names a medicine or a supplement, never suggests a dose, and never tells anyone to start or stop a treatment, even if asked directly. If a user mentions an emergency symptom it stops answering and points them to emergency help. ### Downloads: original report, Smart Report, and full export ReportSense lets users download their own data in three ways, from the report screen and from Settings. - Original report: the exact PDF the lab issued, under its original filename, byte for byte unmodified. Available from the report screen and the reports list. - Smart Report: a branded ReportSense PDF summary of one report, built to be read or handed to a doctor. Assembled from stored results with no AI at generation time. It groups values by what needs attention, what is borderline, what is normal, and what could not be assessed; shows where each flagged value sits inside its reference range; and closes with the doctor questions. Produced in the language the report was explained in. - Export all reports: every original PDF across every family profile on the account, downloadable from Settings as one archive, prepared in the background and split one file per person for larger accounts. ### Account - Family profiles: one account covers several people, each with their own reports, reference ranges, and history. - 8 languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati. - Privacy: reports are private to the account, are never used to train AI models, and everything can be deleted from Settings under the DPDP Act 2023. ## Product - [Home](https://www.reportsense.in/): Main landing page with product overview, pricing and sign-up - [App Dashboard](https://www.reportsense.in/app/dashboard): Authenticated user dashboard to upload reports and view history - [Login / Sign Up](https://www.reportsense.in/login): Google OAuth and phone OTP sign-in - [About](https://www.reportsense.in/about): About ReportSense and the team - [FAQ](https://www.reportsense.in/faq): Frequently asked questions on uploading reports, understanding results, asking questions about a report in the in-app chat, downloading your original report or a Smart Report summary, family profiles, billing and UPI AutoPay, gift cards and referrals, and health data privacy - [Reviews](https://www.reportsense.in/reviews): What people say about ReportSense, with an average rating and a star breakdown across all published reviews - [Share Your Experience](https://www.reportsense.in/share-your-experience): Form for submitting your own review of ReportSense, no account needed - [Privacy Policy](https://www.reportsense.in/privacy-policy): Data handling and DPDP Act 2023 compliance - [Terms of Service](https://www.reportsense.in/terms-of-service): Terms and conditions ## Founder - [Ayush Maheshwari](https://www.reportsense.in/founder): Founder and CEO of ReportSense.
